Andrew’s Amazing Overnight Oats
When my husband Andrew and I first got married, we were both still in college and working full time. This meant there was little to no time on most days to prepare food to eat. I began a quest to find as many healthy and quick recipes that I could that did not involve ordering fast food. There are only so many you can eat protein bars for breakfast. Coffee does not count as breakfast either, haha. For the overnight oats, recommend making at least six hours before consuming. These are only four ingredients! What You Give Your Body You Get Back
Hello Lovelies! So, it has been a nice hot minute since we have chatted. Had this marvelous idea that would write during the extensive travels that happened the last couple weeks, let us take a minute and laugh at that. That was a great thought but there was no real way to achieve that when it was all I could do to finish the day then crawl into bed.
